This CRM is a private tool used by our real estate team to keep track of people who ask us for help buying or selling a home. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms — on Facebook, Instagram, our website, or by texting us — we receive the details you typed in: usually your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the form's questions. We also keep a record of texts and notes about our conversations with you.

How we use it

Only to contact you about the real estate help you asked for: calling, texting or emailing you, booking showings and keeping notes so anyone on our team can help you. We do not sell your information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Services we use

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) delivers form answers to us. Twilio sends and receives our text messages. If we use Zapier, it may pass your details between our own tools. Each follows its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

As long as we are working with you, and afterwards for our records unless you ask us to delete it.
