Delete your data
You can ask us to delete everything we have about you at any time — including the details you sent through a Facebook or Instagram form.
How to ask
- Send a text or email to the agent who contacted you, or reply to any of our messages, with the words “Delete my data”.
- Include the name and the phone number or email you used on the form, so we can find your record.
What happens next
We delete your contact record, your form answers and our message history with you within 30 days, and confirm by text or email once it's done.
Removing our app from your Facebook settings stops Facebook from sending us anything new, but does not delete what we already received — send the request above for that.
